Learn how to make and bake focaccia and baguettes with our hands-on baking class in our bakery.

 

You’ll be taught the principles of measuring your ingredients, working with the dough and baking off the breads. 

 

The price of the class includes:

  • Your own recipe book
  • An apron to wear and then take home
  • All ingredients and equipment supplied
  • Afternoon refreshments and bakes
  • All your creations to take home

 

The day will run from 2 pm until 7 pm, and during this time, there will be a break for refreshments. The entire afternoon is tailored to answering your bread-making questions and learning new skills you can replicate at home, all while enjoying a relaxed class atmosphere.
