Terms & Important Info
We require at least 6 - 8 weeks' notice for celebration cakes, however, this timescale can vary so it's always best to ask!

Due to the early work hours the bakers keep, enquiries are predominantly responded to on a Monday or a Tuesday. If you have not received a response by Tuesday following your enquiry, please feel free to follow up via email, social media, or telephone. We are always happy to help.

Cake orders and requested dates are not confirmed until a full deposit is paid. Each customer will be given 48 hours from the date of the given quote to pay the deposit before the date is offered to others.

Most cakes must be ordered for collection between Wednesday and Friday unless specifically for a wedding celebration.
​
All cakes should be collected only after 12 noon unless otherwise specified by Cadzow Bakehouse.
